Transitions
It’s been a while, and I thought I’d update my followers on what’s been going on.
Working at Subway so I can pay the bills, and I hate to admit, but I’m starting to enjoy it there.
I’m also on a path to take on a pastoral role. I’m not exactly sure where that path is going to end up, but I’m open to the journey.
As for the world of entertainment and geek culture…
The 2nd edition of the Horror Crossover Encyclopedia is coming out at some point.
I’m also still working on the Cartoon Crossover Encyclopedia and Television Crossover Universe: Worlds and Mythology Volume II, but very infrequently.
However, I am more frequently posting new stuff on the TVCU website, and I’m in the process of cleaning up some of the older posts.
I’m also actively posting in my various Facebook groups that I moderate, and I’m still keeping up on the latest television and tracking the crossovers.
I lost the podcast, and the hope of doing the spin-off podcast. My primary income comes right now from my disability, and a paperwork complication caused me to lose my primary income for two months. Fortunately, my finances are back on track, but sadly I couldn’t keep up the fees for the show during that two month period and so Super Entertainment had to give up financing the show. Fortunately, 18thWall Productions picked up the sponsorship so that show is continuing on with James Bojaciuk as host.
Sadly, my plans for the Random Fandom spin-off podcast with myself and Ivan Schablotski won’t happen. We were in talks with the Grand Guignol Network and it was looking good, but since I wasn’t able to keep up payments on the first show, the negotiations for the second show fell apart.
So that’s what’s going on.
