Television Crossover Universe

First, don't expect me to be pumping out a new blog every day, but I'm in the mood and I did make a Christmas promise to cover Scrooge. Second, I don't usually cover material that originated from literature, but the three ghosts tend to return as a very traditional Christmas season TV trope, thus making them as worthy of inclusion as historical characters or mythical beings. Note that as with Dracula, Tarzan, ect, I will not cover appearances and crossovers from literature and comics.  That doesn't meant they don't exist in the TVCU.  They just aren't my focus here.  My upcoming Horror Crossover Universe will not be covering A Christmas Carol, despite its supernatural elements, as its genre is much more of a holiday/religious theme. Santa is pretty complicated in the TVCU.  Santa was a real person, but his legend got so big, that the power of belief turned him into something else.  He became a tulpa, whose very existence is powered by belief, as is his home, and those associated with him there.  And the power extends beyond the one man.  Others can be called to become Santa, and have over time, and then there are those who wear the suit, and just by pretending to be Santa in front of kids who believe, find themselves feeling a spark of the Christmas spirit. 1 Million B.C.--FLINTSTONES--"Christmas Flintstones"--In the Looniverse, they celebrated the birth of Christ a million years before the birth of Christ. Once Upon a Time--BABES IN TOYLAND--Ollu and Buzsla know the real Bo Peep, from whom the later toy is based off of.  The Toy Maker is another incarnation of Santa Claus.  Later, Tom and Jerry would visit "Toyland", which is also revealed to be connected to THE NUTCRACKER. 15...

Yeah, it's kind of late, right.  Well, I did cover IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE just a month ago.  But you can blame Toby for giving me the idea.  But he can blame NBC's HOP promotion. So...the Easter Bunny.  How do we explain his presence in the TVCU?  Is he a mutant?  Is he an immigrant from the Looniverse?  No and no. Here's the thing.  Children have underdeveloped brains.  It's a known fact that because of this, and because of the emotional instability and angst of children, their minds can manifest poltergeist. So imagine if billions of children all at the same time imagine the same fictional being as being real.  Imagine all that psychic energy focused on one thing.  And that's what happens.  The Easter Bunny exists because children will it into existence.  This also explains why the Bunny appears differently at different times, with even different personality, methods of operation, ect.  Even his origin can ch...
