New Forum

So since I'm banned from Facebook, I can't access the Facebook TVCU forum, or it's predecessor, the Crossovers Forum, or the Facebook forums related to the podcast Random Fandom or the forum for the book Horror Crossover Encyclopedia.  So I've created a new forum on the very inferior (but at least they'll have me) Google Plus, which you can find if you click here.   Come find me to talk about the Television Crossover Universe, Crossovers, the Horror Crossover Encyclopedia, Cartoon Multiverse, Sci-Fi Multiverse, DC Multiverse, Marvel Multiverse, Comic Book History, Comics to Screen, the Whoniverse, etc, etc.

Cartoons: A TVCU Quickie

What's a quickie?   See this blog. Today I'm going to talk about cartoons.  I won't be discussing a particular cartoon, but cartoons in general, and how they fit into TVCM canon.  The great thing about quickies is I don't always have to be tied down to the chronology format and thus can cover broader subjects from time to time. I love cartoons.  I never grew out of them, and I feel based on the varying levels of content in cartoons, most adults who write cartoons never grew out of them either. Certain cartoons have been already demonstrated to fit better in the TVCU due to its crossovers.  I refer you to the current blogs on Teenage Muta...

The Scooby-Doo Multiverse

Image
This started with me trying to place Scooby-Doo in the Television Crossover Universe.  Once the Horror Crossover Encyclopedia was completed, it was clear that there was more than one reality with Scooby-Doo in existence.  My current work with the Cartoon Crossover Encyclopedia has further led me to that conclusion. Recently, Ivan and I recorded our first episode of the new Random Fandom podcast which focused on Scooby-Doo Team-Up, and this inspired Ivan and I to work on the Five Scoobies Project.  Over the next few weeks or months, Ivan and I will be working on separate timelines for the various Scooby Universes.  This post will be the linking station to find all the other posts. RF Episode 1: Scooby-Doo Team-Up THE ORIGINAL SATURDAY MORNING TIMELINE You can find this timeline here. THE SCOOBY/YOGI/LAFF-A-LYMPICS TIMELINE This is the timeline the TVCU Crew had traditionally identified as the Looniverse but the Cartoon Crossover E...
