Help Wanted

In the past, I have covered some fictional companies within series posts, such as Hudson University in the Law & Order post or Oceanic Airlines in the Lost post.

I've discovered a new one, Enzo's.

It's an upscale Italian restaurant franchise dating back to the 1930s.  Now I should say, in my research I have found there to be many real Enzo's restaurants, so it could be that all these Enzo's that appear in fiction are unrelated, as are the ones in real life, but where's the fun in that?  That fact is that they are connected because it's a go-to for fiction writers.

I came across this a few weeks ago, when Enzo's was mentioned in both Stranger Things and St. Dennis Medical Center, both as an upscale Italian restaurant, but it must be a franchise since both shows have different settings.

Enzo's Hideaway - Disney in your Day

So I did a little research and found this google AI information:

"Enzo's" is a common name for fictional Italian restaurants, appearing in various media, most notably Enzo A Mare, the seaside spot for Inspector Montalbano in Sicily, Italy, and a pizzeria in the web series Khonjin House, plus a reference in St. Denis Medical. Real-world places like Enzo's Hideaway in Disney Springs also evoke this classic Italian restaurant feel.
Here are some examples of fictional "Enzo's":
  • Enzo A Mare (Inspector Montalbano): A key location in the popular Italian detective series, located in Punta Secca, Sicily, known for its seafood.
  • Enzo's (Khonjin House): A pizzeria featured in the web series Khonjin House, known for its classic Italian-American vibe.
  • Enzo's (St. Denis Medical): An upscale Italian restaurant mentioned in the fictional universe of St. Denis Medical, showing crossover potential.
While not strictly "fictional," restaurants like Enzo's Hideaway at Disney Springs in Florida often draw inspiration from these classic Italian-American eateries, offering a "speakeasy" atmosphere with Italian food and drinks.
Notice that they don't mention Stranger Things.  That means there must be more out there.  I need you all to contact me at robertewronskijr@gmail.com, or find me at the TVCU Facebook group, or leave a comment on this post, and tell me about your Enzo's find.  I want to compile a complete list, or as complete as we can get.
